Pro Ana Diets

ABC Diet:

ABC Diet stands for "Ana Boot Camp Diet." Basically it works by using extremely low calories (every day is 500 calories or less, with one day of 800 calories for 50 straight days with random fasting days) and by tricking the body into not going into slow metabolic starvation mode because it is constantly switching up the amount of calories taken in from day to day. Honestly this one is really hard to follow. If you do it I commend you. I've never finished it personally. I'm currently doing the Skinny Girl Diet, (below) which is a bit easier because of the unlimited fruits and veggies.

Skinny Girl Diet:

The Skinny Girl diet is 700 calories or fewer per day, with the last day, day 30 a fasting day. It works in a similar way to ABC, switching up the caloric intakes daily to trick the body. This one is nice because you can eat as many fruits or veggies as you want without counting them. Just be careful that they're in their natural state. No fruit cups that are loaded with sugary syrups or olives that are soaked in oils and stuffed with cheese. This also incorporates working out at least 30 minutes a day 5x per week. Also, with ABC you simply cannot go over the calorie limit that day. With Skinny Girl you can, the rule is that you have to burn it off.

I AM GOING TO BE POSTING MY RESULTS ON SKINNY GIRL DAILY TO HELP KEEP ME ON TRACK AND SO YOU CAN SEE KIND OF WHAT TO EXPECT. (Although everyone is  different).

Let me know if you decide to begin one of these diets!
Xoxo, Lana
